When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted

Damaged Items Only: If your jewellery arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange a return or refund. Please report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order.

Proof Required: To process your request, we require a clear, unedited video showing you opening the sealed package, with the damage visible.
When Returns/Refunds Are Not Accepted

Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want the piece, we cannot offer a return or refund. Please order only when you’re confident in your choice.

Wear & Tear: Items damaged due to improper care, misuse, or accidents after delivery are not eligible.

Size & Color Concerns: Dissatisfaction with size or color is not covered unless the item delivered differs from your original order.
